Bennett & Pless is proud to have provided the structural engineering for this project! This accolade celebrates the innovative design and exceptional execution of the 159,000-square-foot industrial facility.
Bennett & Pless proudly collaborated with EastGroup Properties, Pattillo Construction, and Randall-Paulson Architects to bring this project to life. The design of Riverside Parkway Building 1 is marked by distinctive angled wall points that optimize the site area and elevate the building’s architectural appeal. Despite facing significant challenges, such as managing substantial elevation changes and relocating electrical power poles, the project team delivered an outstanding structure that not only meets functional demands but also contributes to the community through infrastructure enhancements.
This project, alongside the simultaneous construction of another speculative building on the same site, highlights the strong partnership between all involved parties. The collective effort ensured that the project not only met its goals but exceeded expectations, resulting in a facility that stands out in both form and function.
