What You Will Do:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project/Program Manager to join our Nashville team and lead the assessment, engineering, and delivery of diverse structures in the wireless industry. Typical projects include towers, rooftops, stadiums, stealth sites, signs, and other specialized structures. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary client contact, coordinating both internal teams and external partners to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of client satisfaction. The position offers a mix of field and office work, with opportunities for travel to project sites and client meetings. Responsibilities include managing complex initiatives with a focus on quality and efficiency, while technical guidance is available for unique or challenging scenarios. This role is ideal for self-motivated professionals who thrive in a high-performance, client-focused environment and are eager to contribute to our innovative culture.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the delivery of individual and multi-site projects, balancing technical, financial, and schedule requirements while serving as the primary client contact for communications and updates.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal staff and external partners, to ensure deliverables meet client expectations and quality standards.
- Conduct engineering analyses, oversee drafting and design, and ensure compliance with codes and project-specific standards.
- Provide mentorship to younger engineers, particularly in software tools like tnxTower, Risa3D, and MathCAD, with experience in Revit or seismic design considered a plus.
- Handle multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and incorporate feedback to continually improve skills and project outcomes.
What We Are Looking For:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering (or related field) and 8+ years in the telecommunications/wireless industry.
- Experience with structural engineering reports, wireless tower, and rooftop modifications.
- Proficient in Office365, Microsoft Teams, and industry-standard tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and thrive in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.
- Leadership/management skills and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities are a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
- Manage project goals, budgets, schedules, and quality while maintaining delivery multipliers.
- Coordinate resources effectively within a flat organizational structure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and tools for designing wireless and related structures.
- Lead and mentor team members, manage priorities effectively, and ensure all deadlines are met.
