What You Will Do:
We have an opportunity for a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our Loudon team. This person will support the daily operations of the Loudoun office.
Responsibilities:
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Coordinate and place lunch orders for meetings and company events.
- Assist in planning and organizing company events, including logistics and vendor coordination.
- Support the proposal process by entering and formatting data accurately.
- Assist with processing and tracking change orders to ensure timely updates.
- Provide administrative support to Project Managers, including scheduling, document preparation, and correspondence.
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records
What We Are Looking For:
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years prior experience as an office coordinator, admin assistant or relevant role
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent time management skills
- Fun and engaging personality
