ENR Southeast selected Ally Charlotte Center as one of the Southeast’s Best Projects for 2021.
The recently completed 1.3 million square foot Ally Charlotte Center truly embodies the future of Uptown Charlotte. The 27-story tower has nearly 800,000 sq ft of office space, a subterranean level that includes an eight-story precast concrete parking deck and retail and open plaza space. The 14th floor tenant improvement portion of the project includes a café, multilevel fitness space, golf and NASCAR immersion zones, library, event space, vegetation walls, outdoor terrace and monumental steel stairs.
