A shout out goes to our Charlotte office and Structural Design Engineer Kevin Garrone, PE for the 919 Berryhill adaptive-reuse project! The project includes 2 former warehouse buildings on the west side of Charlotte and will bring office, retail and events space to market. Over 65,000 square feet is being renovated into new commercial space.
