Rob Phillips, VP of our Charlotte Team had the opportunity tour Panorama Tower. As the structural engineer for the project we were proud to be represented at the SMPS Charlotte event. Archer Western Construction, is constructing the 15-story, cast in place, tower in the heart of Ballantyne Village in Charlotte, NC. The project includes the complete build out of a 186 key Marriott AC hotel, office, restaurant, and a super suite on level 15. In addition, 5 cast in place levels of parking structure will be vertically expanded on top of an existing, adjacent parking deck.
