We are pleased to announce that Phil Lombardo has joined our team as a Senior Project Manager!
Phil graduated from the University of Michigan with his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with a structural concentration, before obtaining his Masters at Virginia Tech. Prior to accepting this position, he served as a Principal Structural Engineer with Browder + LeGuizamon & Associates. Phil oversaw 20+ million square feet of Tilt Up distribution projects including build to suit and speculative construction for numerous developers, owners, and architects. He also has extensive experience on mission critical data centers, and associated yards, substations, and office buildings, from project prototype concept through closeout and commissioning.
Phil and his wife have a 16-year old son. Outside of work, Phil likes running, hiking, travel, and live concerts.
